HOYO Social is a marketing mobile application designed to help users connect with potential customers and grow their business. The App allows users to create a unique QR code, share their contact information, and manage leads.

HOYO Social disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. HOYO Social does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

HOYO Social will not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOYO Social, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, including attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in Udaipur, Rajasthan, India.

12. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and HOYO Social regarding your use of the App.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14. Amendment

HOYO Social may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended Terms on the App. You are advised to review the Terms periodically for any changes. Changes to the Terms are effective when they are posted on the App.
